Class Descriptions

Body Props Use foam rollers to increase flexibility, circulation, and muscle tone. Other props will be used for stretching and increasing both balance and range of motion. 

Body Shape Fire up your metabolism with strength training using free weights, resistance tubes, and physio-balls.

Essentrics A dynamic, full-body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while simultaneously engaging all 650 muscles!

Flow Yoga Flowing yoga poses link breath with movement while improving strength, tone, and flexibility throughout your entire body.  All levels challenged! 

Pilates Fusion Pilates and free weights for whole-body strengthening; yoga for stretching and relaxation.

Sculpt Whole-body conditioning designed to build strength and definition while increasing your energy and power.

World Roots  A high-energy cardio blast filled with cool moves, hot grooves, laughs and fun!  This class utilizes exercises and dance patterns that build upon one another, allowing for multilevel participation.  All ages and levels encouraged.

Yoga  Align, strengthen, expand, and access greater depths of your personal potential. With regular practice, coordinated movements with our breath, and an inward focus, we improve all areas of our lives: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. All levels welcome!

Yoga Sculpt  Yoga with a boost! All the benefits of an inward focus, coordinated breath with movement and body awareness PLUS strength and endurance building. Namaste meets arm curls and squats for a powerful blend. All levels welcome!
