Deirdra Rogers (415.218.6783) loves to share her passion for health and fitness with others, and she has done so for 30 years as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and club owner. She is IDEA certified to teach group exercise in aerobics, step aerobics, body sculpt and PiYo. She’s also a certified personal trainer who is known for getting results for her clients that exceed their expectations. For 11 years, Deirdra owned Fitness Break, a 6,000 square foot club located in San Francisco’s financial district. Pollyanna Bush (415.336.2324) Certified as a personal trainer and PiYo instructor, Pollyanna works with clients to allow them to move through their days with more grace and ease, and to enjoy their bodies. She draws from Pilates, yoga, and dance to help clients increase their core strength, flexibility, confidence, and kinesthetic awareness. In addition, Pollyanna’s training helps clients improve posture, balance, muscle tone, and breathing.
